The Spencer House
The Spencer House, a perfect venue for family reunions or weddings, is an historic 4,000-sq-ft home with spacious living areas, library, large kitchen and 4 private bedroom suites upstairs. In 2004, The Spencer House was saved from demolition, relocated to Austin Ranch and renovated to a modern guest house. The Spencer House is available for long- or short-term lease. The Ranch House
The 3,500 sq-ft Texas-style Ranch House serves as a conference facility and recreation center. Built in 1958 with a traditional breezeway through the center, the functional kitchen, spacious rooms, and outside patio and pool area make this an ideal place for weddings, family reunions and corporate gatherings. The Lodge
Overlooking Lake Connell, The Lodge has an impressive glass entry and windows flanking every wall giving it plenty of warmth & light. A large stone fireplace anchors this modern rustic space. Available for private parties, there is a large dining room and living area with several flat screen televisions, making it the perfect environment for anything from an elegant bridal shower to a casual football party.
